Reservations - We are not taking bookings for the 2021 season

To request a reservation, please contact us at doubletreeranchcabins@gmail.com Please note we are not taking bookings for the 2021 season. If the days you request are available, we do require a deposit. The only tax we currently have is a 1.8 percent state wide lodging tax. We can take deposits by check or credit card.

RESERVATION POLICY/SINGLE CABIN OR SMALL HOUSE: First night’s deposit will hold your reservation with the balance due at check in. We will refund, less any processing fee, with a 30 day cancellation notice. With less than 30 days, we will refund only if we can rebook.

RESERVATION POLICY/MEADOW HOUSE OR MULTIPLE CABINS/HOUSES: We require half payment upon booking with the remaining half due at check in. We will refund, less any processing fee, with a 60 day cancellation notice. With less than 60 days, we will refund if we can rebook.
